Careers

We believe good tree services start with good people. Arborist Masterton is interested in hearing from reliable, practical people who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in doing a job properly. As the business grows, we may have opportunities for people interested in arboriculture, tree work and customer support.

What We Look For

  • Care about the work. We want people who take pride in doing arborist properly, not just quickly.
  • Straight talk with customers. You will be in someone's home or business explaining what you found. Plain language beats jargon.
  • Reliability. Showing up when you said you would matters more here than any single line on a resume.
  • Respect for the property. Protecting the space, cleaning up, and leaving it better than you found it.
  • Safety, every time. Following safe practice is part of the job, not an extra.

Experience in arborist or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.
